I don't know if we'd want to be able to embed the password or not, I do have our end setup to prompt to allow the connection. If we were able to save the connect info, and possibly even reduce the size of the file (file transfer and some other options I don't think would need to be available) it would be perfect for our use. Now, I have them download the regular VNCViewer, then they have to type in the address to connect to, and sometimes also specify a proxy server. In this scenario, we have a repeater server or just a regular VNC server accessible to the internet, and a small program that the customer could download that would allow them to easily connect and watch while our rep demonstrated how to do something, or a program they may be interested in purchasing. It would be perfect if we had the option of an SC client that was for the viewer end. We have been using the SC client for supporting our customers four a couple of weeks now, and aside from a few small glitches, it works great! We do, however, have occaision to use VNC in the other direction for training and demo purposes.
